I spotted Lucie on the Metro last week and asked to take her photo. We exchanged emails and arranged to meet near Bastille. I love spotting people at different times and places to see how their style differs from day to day. For me, someone with great personal style is able to pull off a number of looks and Lucie did this perfectly.
