We started Les Garcons de Glasgow in October 2009 with one aim: to photograph the people, and the places, that we appreciate and are inspired by - sartorially or otherwise.

Along the way we've had a window display in House of Fraser's department store, a two monthexhibition at Urban Outfitters, two clubnights one in June to welcome in summer, and then one in August to say goodbye, colloborations with Topman, Acne, W2, Che Camille, Kingdom of Style, and Vivienne Westwood, and the opportunity to visit Oslo, Berlin, Tel Aviv, London,Toronto and Paris. During this time we've said good-bye to Optimo and to Record Playerz on a Thursday night at the Art School, celebrated with Subcity as they turned 15 back in March, welcomed Uffie and Annie Mac to Death Disco and observed Joe Crogan from behind the scenes. The blog has been backed by American Apparel and AllSaints and we've worked withIndicate Magazine, Coveted Magazine, Sleek Magazine, Vixen Magazine, I Love You Magazine,Electronica, The Skinny, been featured on Vogue.com, as well as created our own line of tshirts. We were asked to photograph the Scottish Fashion Awards, supported local designers by establishing Bold Souls and most recently, invited to cover shows at both Paris and London Fashion Week.
